The difficult keys will start to become easier as you work through each key. The Beginning Saxophone Course focuses at first on the basics like how to make a sound, how to take care of the saxophone, how to tongue or separate the notes. Next we get into how to read music which includes rhythms and notes. Next you'll learn about scales and even a little ear training.
